How to sign up?

It’s simple to sign up. Submit the appropriate information to the cashier when buying in-store to activate your reward account. First and last name, phone number, email address, and zip code are all required pieces of information. They will just need your phone number to check up on your profile for future transactions once your information has been placed into our system.

When you register an account on myNavyExchange.com AND complete your profile with needed information, you’ll be instantly enrolled in NEXt Level Reward when you buy online. Select “Yes!” and provide your first and last name, phone number, and email address. Under Communication Preferences, choose to Email me deals, promotions, and events. 

How does it work?

You must use the same name, email address, and phone number when signing up in-store and online to ensure you receive credit for all in-store and online purchases. Provide your phone number to the NEX colleague at the start of the transaction while checking out in-store. If you’ve got an email from NEX with your NEXt Level Rewards barcode, you can have the associate scan it to get access to your account. 

You will start earning Reward for each qualifying dollar spent during your visit once your transaction is linked to your account. Check out as usual while shopping online, and your purchases will be instantly credited to your account. 

But remember to use the same name, email address, and phone number in your online account as you do in the store to guarantee you get credit for both in-store and online transactions.

How are rewards calculated?

For every 250 points earned on all qualified purchases, in-store or online, throughout a calendar month, NEXt Level Rewards members receive a $5 Rewards refund. Every dollar spent earns you points; for example, $250 spent on qualified products equals 250 points. To get a $5 NEX e-Gift Card Reward, you must earn 250 points from qualified purchases (after returns, discounts, and coupons, but before shipping, fees, surcharges, and other expenses) throughout the calendar month. During the monthly reward period, returns are subtracted from your total spending.

If you don’t earn enough points to earn a Reward in a particular month, your total qualifying purchases will continue to accumulate during the same calendar quarter and will reset at the start of the next calendar quarter. Any residual points beyond an increment of 250 will not be carried over to the following month, and your reward balance will be reset to zero for the current month once the monthly minimum qualifying point requirement is achieved.

How to earn rewards in store?

Simply offer your phone number or Rewards barcode at checkout after you’ve signed up. You’ll get credit for your eligible purchases after your transaction is linked to your Rewards account.

How to earn rewards online?

Complete your purchase by logging into your myNavyExchange.com account. You’ll get credit for your eligible purchases after your shipment has been delivered. To ensure that you get credit for all of your purchases, use the same email and phone number in-store and online.

When do rewards expire?

NEXT Level Rewards e-Gift Cards have a 60-day expiration date.

How are rewards issued?

NEXT Level Rewards e-Gift Cards are currently only available by email. To join in NEXt Level Incentives and get rewards, you must have a valid email address. NEXCOM is not liable for lost or stolen Rewards e-Gift Cards and is unable to reissue or otherwise distribute your e-Gift Card after it has been issued. If you don’t see your e-Gift Card email, please check your spam or garbage bin. Because email filters may block NEX emails, please add egc@claim.cards to your address book/approved senders list.
