Ndamukong and Katya tell Individuals they’re enjoying getting their young men into the creepy season’s soul.
“Kingston and Khari are still excessively youthful to completely appreciate how genuinely we take Halloween in the Suh house, yet they watched a portion of their cousins prepare for going house to house asking for candy this year and you can perceive they partook in all the energy,” the NFL star tells Individuals.
Being a family that loves Halloween, the Suhs celebrate all season long, from creepy snacks to dreadful bits of style in their home.
For Katya, experimenting with healthy snacks with her babies has been probably the best time of the season up to this point. “Leading up to Halloween, we’ve been having fun with a few themed healthy snacks like apples with cinnamon and ‘witches brushes’ using pretzels and string cheddar to create the brushes and giving the young men a few new surfaces to attempt,” Katya shares.
The Suhs celebrated Halloween with a party at their home with family, where Katya got creative with cocktails and children’s drinks that fit their theme.

“With Kicks and Cocktails, I went all out on creating adult and youngster well disposed drinks for our family party
. I made jello skeleton heads and filled gloves with water to create ice hands,” she reveals.
“We also got some ensemble syringes and made ‘vampire blood’ for adults with various alcohols and a youngster accommodating version with juices.”
Ndamukong and Katya — who announced their pregnancy news only with Individuals in December 2020 — met while at school at the College of Nebraska in 2009 and maintained a cozy relationship and fellowship from there, eventually moving in together in 2018.
After becoming engaged in spring 2019, the pair secured the bunch in May 2020 in what Katya called a “not-really traditional Coronavirus sweatpants-and-hoodie Zoom call wedding.”
Fall is an active season, especially for a NFL family, however the Suhs have made time for the minutes that matter most, such as painting pumpkins with their twins.
“This was also the principal year we did pumpkins with the young men,” said Ndamukong. “We stayed with painting them, however we’ll take a stab at carving a few pumpkins when the young men get somewhat more established. The present moment, we’re simply enjoying starting all of these traditions as a family.”
