The developer of Xposed framework, rovo89, today released the third alpha of the framework with plenty of bug fixes. The latest alpha still does not make the framework compatible with Android 5.1, Samsung devices or even 64-bit Android devices running Lollipop. Broadcom today announced a first of its kind 5G WiFi system-on-a-chip that will bring faster 802.11ac WiFi and improved performance to smartphones. Apple currently uses a WiFi chip based on the Broadcom technology in the iPhone, iPad and Mac products making the new 5G chip a likely successor for next-generation iOS devices. The chip is the first to implement 2×2 Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) on a smartphone and Broadcom said that will significantly improve performance over current implementations of 802....

The second beta of iOS 11.3 brought with it a brand new framework. ClassKit is a framework designed for educational apps and will allow developers to create activities that teachers assign to their students. Apple is going to release a brand new app called Classwork, designed to track student’s progress in class and share it with teachers. The screenshots from the teacher settings screen in preferences also shows that teachers will be able to assign activities provided by ClassKit-enabled apps to students from all of their devices....

A new VR peripheral called the Teslasuit Glove could make Virtual Reality more immersive than ever, with haptic displays and motion capture technology to simulate real touch feedback. VR gaming is perhaps more accessible than ever in 2019, as Facebook’s self-contained Oculus Quest headset released this May. Netflix’s adaptation of A Series of Unfortunate Events isn’t just coming back for a second season, but a third one as well. Narrator Lemony Snicket warned viewers throughout the entire first season of that they should not watch the sad tale of the Baudelaire orphans.
